用于ASP的Telerik UI AppBar。NET MVCexposes several positions and position modes. It can be positioned at top or bottom. Its position modes are Fixed, Sticky or None. Sticky position mode is used if the widget has to be visible while the user scrolls up or down, while the fixed option positions the widget relative to the view port.
为了使用AppBar的Sticky或Fixed position模式，必须将位置设置为Top或Bottom。
